Two Prompts
For Kasanoda
It was a tiring job being the king of such a magnificent club, and his genius was often unappreciated - especially by those evil twins. If only Haruhi would look at him and see the effort he put in, if only she would see his flashes of inspiration as a reason to include him in her Official Friend's Category.
Usually he thought of a hundred new themes for each club, but this month his inspiration was running a little dry. Strangely it seemed to coincide with Kyoya being out of town on a trip with his family, which was also, weirdly, the same time that those inspirational holiday brochures stopped appearing on his desk. Maybe he was only having trouble because he was missing his friend? Yes, surely that must be it! How could Daddy expect to run their little family without Mother? It was almost as though their little family was broken, however, temporarily, that must be the reason for his lack of inspiration.
Until today..!
A certain red-haired yakuza son might notice the world's worst ninja stalking him. Seeing him once or twice might be a coincidence, but Tamaki is there all day obviously following him around and pulling the weirdest faces possible.
For Nekozawa
Black Magic...
Could there be a term more terrifying than this? Haruhi said he was being foolish for being scared, especially after helping Nekozawa reconcile with his estranged sister, but... but... HELPING NEKOZAWA HADN'T MADE HIM ANY LESS TERRIFYING!!!
Such were the thoughts spinning through Tamaki's head when he saw a black cloaked figure whipping through a doorway in the school... right before a Belzenef doll fell in front of him (thrown by one of the twins who had just purchased it).
He froze. He looked down. Jerky fingers bent to pick up the doll with his name inscribed on the back.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!"

The straw that broke the camel's back was when he was heading to the bathroom, and noticed Tamaki on his tail. As usual, Kasanoda's temper got the best of him, and while he meant to kindly ask if something was amiss, what instead came out was -
"WHAT DO YOU WAAAANT?!"

He's dressed in a traditional black ninja outfit with twin swords crossing his back. Standing atop a mountain in the last rays of the dying sun, he looks out towards the horizon where his quest for honour still eludes him. A beautiful young girl, someone he has just rescued from a band of thirty-- no, three hundred! - kidnappers is knelt by his side. She looks like Haruhi...
She turns her face up to his, eyes filling with tremulous tears, as she says...

The illusion shatters as Haruhi's face is suddenly replaced by that of a demon from the deepest depths of hell. A terrifying red-haired demon with a shout that could make a maiden weep.
"AHHH!!!"

"S-Scary..."

After an awkward beat of hesitation, he inched up a little closer, and squatted. "Are you... mad at me, or somethin'? Did I do somethin' to you?"
no subject
He rubs a hand over his face, seemingly to recover his equilibrium, before he suddenly points at Kasanoda with a determined smile.
"You have to do that again! Show me how!"
Is this meant to make sense? Because Tamaki sure isn't explaining.
no subject
"... Sorry, senpai." he repeated, thinking that maybe his superior just wanted to have the exact same words said again... for... whatever reason was bubbling in his blonde head. "Are you mad at me or something, did I do something to you."
no subject
Hm...
Maybe stalking him hadn't been the right way to go after all? Clearly things are done differently in the world of the yakuza. His mind flashes back to how Mori had been asked for help by this self same person... maybe it needed to be done the same way? Maybe it was an ancient form, or ritual, or something?
He leaned further down to a seiza bow, formal and abject, which caused a few passing girls to gather and start murmuring in confused interest.
"Bossonova! I humbly ask that you teach me!"
no subject
"Huh!" He was so startled by this request that he stood up and even back up a step or two. "Teach... you?" He repeated to make sure it was the actual thing his senpai had said. "I-I don't get it! What could I possibly teach you?"
no subject
He finally sat up and leaned back against the wall, heedless of their growing number of onlookers. He's so used to being stared at and surrounded by admiration wherever he goes, that the crowd is all but invisible to him for the moment.
"Didn't you know that the princesses love a bad boy? Just think how their hearts will melt once you've taught me how to be a true yakuza! Just think how popular the theme will be when we're all bad boys for the day!"
no subject
"Uh... I don't think that's such a good idea." he mumbled, eyes darting around uncomfortably. "I respect my dad's business and all... but.. The truth is... I don't even really know how to be a true yakuza."
Scariness hadn't been inherited or taught. It was a naturally awful talent.

The power of lord Belzenef could be both poisonous and prosperous. It all depended on the wielder of the curse. Yes, the twins had bought it just to mess with Tamaki's head, but little did they know Nekozawa had infused the doll with good energy. After all, he owed Tamaki for helping Nekozawa reunite with his beloved little sister. Instead of bringing doom and gloom upon the blonde boy, it would instead bring him luck and fortune! Shouldn't that be obvious?
He stuck his head out from around the corner to watch his masterpiece in action. "Heh... heh... heh..."

Tamaki's eyes are fixed on this portent of doom that he holds in his hand. Such a tiny and innocuous looking thing to herald his death, but he knows that this must surely be what is coming for him.
And then he hears that laughter. Creepy and soul-chilling, like the laughter of the Reaper himself, and he can almost feel his soul escaping from his body.
"W-Why? I'm too young to die--"
no subject
"It's far too late... what has started cannot be stopped... What happens now is all of your own doing..."
no subject
"WHAT?!"
He span around, fingers clenched tighter around Belzenef as he faced the darkened doorway (where did that door even come from?!)
"B-But why?"
no subject
"What a foolish question... What has happened is a result of your very nature. Just as the sun continues to set into night... Your destiny has been set, and cannot be changed."
no subject
"Is this... is this about your sister?"
It has to be, right? It has to be that his sister has once more expressed a fondness for Tamaki as her prince.
no subject
"Precisely... You know exactly what you have done. And so... what comes next should be absolutely no surprise."
